We aim to design and construct the best homes/projects on the Mornington Peninsula. We will consult with our clients on every level, from start to finish, in order to deliver the ultimate home that fulfils and surpasses all of their individual requirements and dreams.
The Mornington Peninsula has experienced solid population growth and infrastructure development for many years and this growth is predicted to continue to increase by a further 20% over the next decade.
Prime Building Projects is a fully certified and registered building company. We are also registered with the Master Builders Association Victoria.
Our Registered Builders and relevant trades live and work on the Mornington Peninsula, offering extensive knowledge and understanding of the local area and its unique requirements.

Once the building permit has been issued, the project can commence! We will get to work bringing your vision to life! Throughout the build, we will keep you updated with regular emails and site walkthroughs. We welcome independent building inspections throughout and operate with exceptional quality standards at every stage.

Design and Project Overview
If you have a project and location in mind but are not quite sure where to start then Prime Building Projects can assist.
After initial consultation and site visits, concept plans can be created to meet your ‘wish list’ whilst optimising the size and shape of your land. The concept plan will be tailored to your budget so the proposal is a realistic reflection of what is achievable for you.
Once a concept plan is decided upon, then the project can proceed to the development of estimating plans and a fixed building price can be established. From here we can proceed with a building contract and take care of all that is required to immediately get your project underway. This includes all preliminary details including engineering, local authority requirements (town planning), building permit and insurances. Your project then becomes reality.
The benefits for you are a distinct design unique to you, developed to meet your requirements and budget. Building knowledge and skillful design combine to create an innovative approach to your project.

Start of Project
If you already have your own designed plans in place then this service will suit you. After initial consultation and site visits, we will provide a competitive quotation from provided plans to help you create your project. A fixed building price will be then be presented and, if accepted, we can proceed with a building contract and take care of all that is required to commence your project.
This includes all preliminary details such as engineering, local authority requirements (town planning), building permit and insurances. Commencement of your project then takes place within the desired time frame.
Once entrusted to act on your behalf, we will undertake preliminary concept planning and design initiatives, including surveying the land and testing the soil. We will also arrange for initial floorplans and 3D images & elevations to be drawn up. Alternatively, if you have already drawn up plans, we can quote on this.
Complete Communication
Throughout the project from start to finish you will receive constant updates from tradesman for service quotes and compliance sign-offs. With the final working drawings and get started with engineering, energy assessments, planning approvals and building permits. We will draw up the contract in preparation for signing, using the required master builders domestic building contract.
